What is Design-Build?
Design-build is a method of project delivery which one entity (design-builder, UCI) forges a single contract with the owner to provide for engineering design services. Design-build is similar in concept to EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction), but it has some significant advantages as described in the UCI design-build brochure.

Construction Management Services
UCI has the capability and has provided construction management services for clients as another alternative form of project delivery. If UCI is involved early in the engineering design process, the client will get some of the same benefits that are derived from performing work on a design-build basis.
